We were flattered when asked by the owners of a residential  luxury construction firm to design one of their personal residences, what fun to work with an industry partner on a private project! Our client purchased a single story commercial building as both an office for their construction firm and a second home. Frequently working along the Lake Michigan coast, and having another residence further north, it would be helpful to create a home closer to their main office. A complete gut renovation, we designed a space infused with bold color, pattern, modern and antique furniture, custom upholstery and original art. Quirky and vivid, our client needed a space that maximized storage, seating for entertaining - and was anything but cookie cutter.
